空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對(dui)流換熱(re),而(er)降低了空氣(qi)加熱(re)器內(nei)電熱(re)元件表面溫度,不(bu)僅有利(li)于延長(chang)空氣(qi)加熱(re)器電熱(re)元件的(de)(de)使(shi)用壽命,而(er)且(qie)使(shi)得空氣(qi)電加熱(re)器散熱(re)損失(shi)(shi)減小,因而(er)空氣(qi)換熱(re)器的(de)(de)效率提(ti)高了,但速(su)度如果過大(da),使(shi)得壓力損失(shi)(shi)陡增(zeng),這將不(bu)利(li)于加熱(re)效率的(de)(de)提(ti)高。
2.若其它條(tiao)件(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)面負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he),空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)將(jiang)呈直線變(bian)化,如(ru)果表(biao)面負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)增大,電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)將(jiang)增大,這將(jiang)降低(di)(di)空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的使用壽命,但是如(ru)果表(biao)面負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)過(guo)小,壁(bi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)過(guo)低(di)(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)的效率又(you)降低(di)(di)了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的表(biao)面負(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)的選擇比較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中空(kong)氣(qi)終溫T2提(ti)高(gao)時(shi),由(you)于(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)粘性增(zeng)加,氣(qi)體雷(lei)諾(nuo)數(shu)減小,使(shi)得(de)對(dui)流(liu)換熱(re)(re)(re)強度(du)降低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)表面(mian)溫度(du)同時(shi)上升(sheng)(sheng),紅(hong)外碳硫分析儀(yi)使(shi)得(de)散熱(re)(re)(re)損失增(zeng)加,從而降低(di)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率。當(dang)T2提(ti)高(gao)過(guo)大時(shi),電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)表面(mian)的(de)溫度(du)亦會大大升(sheng)(sheng)高(gao),致使(shi)一般電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)無法承受(shou),故T2的(de)增(zeng)加通(tong)常受(shou)到(dao)空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)材料耐(nai)熱(re)(re)(re)性能的(de)限制。
