空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換熱(re)(re)(re),而(er)降低了(le)空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面溫度,不僅有利于(yu)延長(chang)空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的使(shi)(shi)用壽命,而(er)且使(shi)(shi)得(de)空(kong)氣(qi)電加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)損(sun)失減(jian)小,因而(er)空(kong)氣(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效(xiao)率(lv)提高了(le),但速度如果(guo)過大,使(shi)(shi)得(de)壓力損(sun)失陡增,這將不利于(yu)加熱(re)(re)(re)效(xiao)率(lv)的提高。
2.若其(qi)它條件(jian)不變(bian),改(gai)變(bian)表(biao)面負(fu)荷,空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中電熱(re)元件(jian)的壁(bi)溫(wen)將(jiang)呈直線變(bian)化(hua),如果(guo)表(biao)面負(fu)荷增大,電熱(re)元件(jian)的壁(bi)溫(wen)將(jiang)增大,這將(jiang)降低(di)空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中電熱(re)元件(jian)的使用(yong)壽命,但是如果(guo)表(biao)面負(fu)荷過(guo)(guo)小,壁(bi)溫(wen)過(guo)(guo)低(di),空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器換(huan)熱(re)器的效(xiao)率又降低(di)了,所以空氣(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器中電熱(re)元件(jian)的表(biao)面負(fu)荷的選擇比較重(zhong)要。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終(zhong)溫(wen)T2提(ti)(ti)高時,由于空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘(zhan)性增加(jia),氣(qi)(qi)體雷諾數減小,使得(de)對流換熱(re)強度(du)降(jiang)低,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的(de)表(biao)面溫(wen)度(du)同時上升,紅外碳硫分析儀使得(de)散(san)熱(re)損失增加(jia),從而降(jiang)低換熱(re)器的(de)效率。當(dang)T2提(ti)(ti)高過大時,電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)表(biao)面的(de)溫(wen)度(du)亦(yi)會大大升高,致使一般電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)無法承受(shou),故T2的(de)增加(jia)通(tong)常受(shou)到空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)材料耐熱(re)性能的(de)限制。
