空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)熱,而(er)(er)降低了空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)內電(dian)熱元件(jian)(jian)表面溫度,不僅有(you)利于延長空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)電(dian)熱元件(jian)(jian)的使用壽命(ming),而(er)(er)且使得空(kong)氣電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)散熱損(sun)失(shi)減小,因而(er)(er)空(kong)氣換(huan)熱器(qi)的效率提高了,但速度如果過大,使得壓力損(sun)失(shi)陡增,這將不利于加(jia)(jia)熱效率的提高。
2.若(ruo)其它(ta)條件(jian)(jian)不變(bian),改(gai)變(bian)表面(mian)(mian)負荷,空氣加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的壁(bi)溫將呈直(zhi)線變(bian)化(hua),如果(guo)表面(mian)(mian)負荷增大(da)(da),電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的壁(bi)溫將增大(da)(da),這將降(jiang)低空氣加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的使用壽命,但(dan)是如果(guo)表面(mian)(mian)負荷過小,壁(bi)溫過低,空氣加(jia)熱(re)器換熱(re)器的效(xiao)率又降(jiang)低了,所以空氣加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)(jian)的表面(mian)(mian)負荷的選(xuan)擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)終溫(wen)T2提高時,由于(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)粘性(xing)增加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體雷諾(nuo)數減小(xiao),使(shi)得(de)對流換熱(re)(re)(re)強度降(jiang)低,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件的(de)表面溫(wen)度同時上升,紅(hong)外碳(tan)硫(liu)分(fen)析儀使(shi)得(de)散熱(re)(re)(re)損失增加(jia)(jia),從而降(jiang)低換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率(lv)。當T2提高過大時,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件表面的(de)溫(wen)度亦(yi)會大大升高,致使(shi)一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件無法承受,故T2的(de)增加(jia)(jia)通常受到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件材料耐熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)能的(de)限制。
