空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱,而降低了空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)內電熱元件(jian)表面(mian)溫(wen)度,不(bu)僅有利于(yu)延長空(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)電熱元件(jian)的(de)使用壽命,而且使得(de)空(kong)氣電加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)散熱損失(shi)減小(xiao),因而空(kong)氣換熱器(qi)的(de)效(xiao)率提高(gao)了,但速度如果過大,使得(de)壓(ya)力(li)損失(shi)陡增,這將(jiang)不(bu)利于(yu)加(jia)(jia)熱效(xiao)率的(de)提高(gao)。
2.若其它條件不變,改變表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he),空氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)元(yuan)件的(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將(jiang)呈(cheng)直線(xian)變化,如果表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)增(zeng)大,電熱(re)元(yuan)件的(de)壁(bi)溫(wen)將(jiang)增(zeng)大,這將(jiang)降低空氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)元(yuan)件的(de)使用(yong)壽命(ming),但是如果表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)過小,壁(bi)溫(wen)過低,空氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)的(de)效率又降低了,所以(yi)空氣加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電熱(re)元(yuan)件的(de)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)的(de)選擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)終(zhong)溫T2提高時(shi),由于空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)粘性增加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體雷諾數減小,使(shi)得對流(liu)換熱(re)(re)強(qiang)度(du)(du)降低,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的表面溫度(du)(du)同時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外碳硫分析儀使(shi)得散熱(re)(re)損失增加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia),從而降低換熱(re)(re)器的效率。當T2提高過大(da)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)表面的溫度(du)(du)亦會大(da)大(da)升(sheng)高,致使(shi)一般電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)無(wu)法承(cheng)受,故(gu)T2的增加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)通常受到空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)性能(neng)的限制(zhi)。
