空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)熱(re),而降低了空氣加熱(re)器(qi)內電熱(re)元件表面溫度,不(bu)僅有利于(yu)延長空氣加熱(re)器(qi)電熱(re)元件的(de)使(shi)用壽命,而且使(shi)得(de)空氣電加熱(re)器(qi)散熱(re)損失減小,因而空氣換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)效率提高了,但速度如(ru)果(guo)過(guo)大,使(shi)得(de)壓力損失陡增,這將不(bu)利于(yu)加熱(re)效率的(de)提高。
2.若其它(ta)條件(jian)(jian)(jian)不(bu)變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負荷(he)(he),空氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁溫將呈直(zhi)線變(bian)化,如(ru)果表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負荷(he)(he)增(zeng)大,電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)壁溫將增(zeng)大,這將降低空氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)使用壽命,但是如(ru)果表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負荷(he)(he)過小(xiao),壁溫過低,空氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)效率(lv)又(you)降低了,所以空氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負荷(he)(he)的(de)(de)(de)選擇比(bi)較重要(yao)。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中空(kong)氣(qi)終溫T2提(ti)高時,由于空(kong)氣(qi)粘(zhan)性增(zeng)加(jia),氣(qi)體雷諾數(shu)減小,使得(de)對流換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)強(qiang)度降(jiang)低(di)(di),空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)的表面溫度同時上(shang)升(sheng),紅外(wai)碳硫分析儀(yi)使得(de)散熱(re)(re)損(sun)失增(zeng)加(jia),從(cong)而降(jiang)低(di)(di)換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的效(xiao)率。當(dang)T2提(ti)高過大時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)表面的溫度亦(yi)會大大升(sheng)高,致使一般電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)無法承受,故T2的增(zeng)加(jia)通常受到空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)性能的限(xian)制。
