空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re)(re)(re)(re),而(er)(er)降(jiang)低了(le)空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件表面溫度,不(bu)僅有(you)利(li)于(yu)延(yan)長空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的使(shi)用壽命,而(er)(er)且使(shi)得空氣(qi)(qi)電加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失減小,因(yin)而(er)(er)空氣(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的效率(lv)提(ti)高了(le),但速(su)度如果過大,使(shi)得壓力損失陡增(zeng),這將不(bu)利(li)于(yu)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)效率(lv)的提(ti)高。
2.若其它條件(jian)(jian)不變,改(gai)變表面負荷,空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的壁溫(wen)將呈直線變化,如果表面負荷增大,電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的壁溫(wen)將增大,這將降低(di)空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的使(shi)用壽命,但是如果表面負荷過小(xiao),壁溫(wen)過低(di),空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的效率又降低(di)了,所以空氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的表面負荷的選擇比(bi)較重要。
3.空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)空氣(qi)終(zhong)溫(wen)T2提高(gao)(gao)時(shi)(shi),由(you)于空氣(qi)粘(zhan)性增加(jia),氣(qi)體雷(lei)諾數(shu)減(jian)小,使得對流換熱(re)強(qiang)度降低(di),空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)的表面(mian)溫(wen)度同時(shi)(shi)上升,紅外碳(tan)硫分析儀使得散(san)熱(re)損失增加(jia),從而降低(di)換熱(re)器的效(xiao)率。當T2提高(gao)(gao)過大(da)時(shi)(shi),電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)表面(mian)的溫(wen)度亦會大(da)大(da)升高(gao)(gao),致使一般電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)無法承受,故T2的增加(jia)通常(chang)受到(dao)空氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器中(zhong)電熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)材料(liao)耐熱(re)性能的限(xian)制。
