空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re)(re),而降低了空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)表面(mian)溫(wen)度,不僅有(you)利于(yu)延(yan)長(chang)空(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件(jian)的(de)使(shi)用壽命,而且使(shi)得空(kong)氣電(dian)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)散(san)熱(re)(re)損(sun)失減小,因而空(kong)氣換熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)效率(lv)提高了,但速度如果(guo)過大(da),使(shi)得壓力損(sun)失陡增,這將不利于(yu)加熱(re)(re)效率(lv)的(de)提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變,改(gai)變表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he),空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)壁溫將(jiang)呈直線變化,如果(guo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)增(zeng)大,電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)壁溫將(jiang)增(zeng)大,這將(jiang)降(jiang)低空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)使用壽(shou)命,但是如果(guo)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)過(guo)小,壁溫過(guo)低,空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效(xiao)率又(you)降(jiang)低了,所以空(kong)氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負荷(he)的(de)選擇比較(jiao)重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中空(kong)氣(qi)終溫(wen)T2提(ti)高時,由(you)于空(kong)氣(qi)粘性(xing)(xing)增(zeng)加(jia),氣(qi)體雷諾數減小(xiao),使得對流換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)強度降低,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)表(biao)面(mian)溫(wen)度同時上升(sheng),紅外碳硫分析儀使得散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)增(zeng)加(jia),從(cong)而降低換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效(xiao)率。當T2提(ti)高過大時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件表(biao)面(mian)的(de)溫(wen)度亦(yi)會大大升(sheng)高,致使一般電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件無法承受(shou),故(gu)T2的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)通常受(shou)到(dao)空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件材料耐熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)限制。
