空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換熱(re),而(er)(er)降低了空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)表面溫度,不僅有利于延長空氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)電(dian)熱(re)元件(jian)的使(shi)用壽命,而(er)(er)且(qie)使(shi)得(de)空氣(qi)(qi)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)散(san)熱(re)損(sun)(sun)失(shi)(shi)減小,因而(er)(er)空氣(qi)(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)的效(xiao)率提高了,但速度如果過大,使(shi)得(de)壓力損(sun)(sun)失(shi)(shi)陡(dou)增,這將不利于加(jia)熱(re)效(xiao)率的提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變,改變表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he),空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)將呈直(zhi)線變化,如(ru)(ru)果表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)增(zeng)大,電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)將增(zeng)大,這(zhe)將降(jiang)低空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的使用壽命,但是(shi)如(ru)(ru)果表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)過小(xiao),壁(bi)(bi)溫(wen)過低,空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的效率又降(jiang)低了,所以空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)的表(biao)面(mian)(mian)負(fu)荷(he)的選擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)終溫T2提高(gao)時(shi),由于空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)粘(zhan)性增(zeng)加(jia),氣(qi)體雷諾數減(jian)小,使(shi)得(de)對流換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)強度(du)降低(di),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的(de)表面溫度(du)同時(shi)上升,紅外碳(tan)硫分析儀使(shi)得(de)散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失增(zeng)加(jia),從而降低(di)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器的(de)效率。當T2提高(gao)過大(da)(da)時(shi),電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件表面的(de)溫度(du)亦(yi)會大(da)(da)大(da)(da)升高(gao),致使(shi)一般電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件無法(fa)承受,故(gu)T2的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)通常受到空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器中電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件材料耐熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性能的(de)限制(zhi)。
