空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換(huan)熱(re)(re),而(er)降低了空氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內(nei)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件表(biao)面溫度(du),不僅有利于延長空氣加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件的使用壽命,而(er)且使得空氣電(dian)加熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)散熱(re)(re)損(sun)失(shi)減小,因而(er)空氣換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的效(xiao)率(lv)提(ti)高(gao)了,但速度(du)如果過(guo)大,使得壓力(li)損(sun)失(shi)陡增(zeng),這將不利于加熱(re)(re)效(xiao)率(lv)的提(ti)高(gao)。
2.若其(qi)它條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)不變(bian),改變(bian)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)將呈直(zhi)線變(bian)化(hua),如(ru)果表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷增大(da),電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)將增大(da),這將降低(di)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)使用壽命,但(dan)是如(ru)果表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷過小,壁溫(wen)過低(di),空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器換熱(re)(re)器的(de)效率(lv)又降低(di)了,所以空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)負(fu)荷的(de)選擇比較(jiao)重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)終溫(wen)T2提高時,由于空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)粘(zhan)性(xing)(xing)增(zeng)加,氣(qi)(qi)體雷諾(nuo)數減(jian)小,使得對流換熱(re)強度(du)降低(di),空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元件的表面溫(wen)度(du)同時上(shang)升(sheng),紅(hong)外碳硫分析儀使得散熱(re)損失增(zeng)加,從而降低(di)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的效(xiao)率。當T2提高過大(da)時,電熱(re)元件表面的溫(wen)度(du)亦會大(da)大(da)升(sheng)高,致使一般電熱(re)元件無法承受(shou),故(gu)T2的增(zeng)加通常(chang)受(shou)到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)電熱(re)元件材料耐熱(re)性(xing)(xing)能的限制。
