空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換熱(re)(re)(re)(re),而(er)(er)降低了空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件表(biao)面(mian)溫度,不僅有利于(yu)延長空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件的使(shi)用壽(shou)命(ming),而(er)(er)且使(shi)得空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)電加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)損失減小,因而(er)(er)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的效率(lv)提高了,但速度如果過大,使(shi)得壓力(li)損失陡增,這(zhe)將不利于(yu)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)效率(lv)的提高。
2.若其它條(tiao)件不變(bian)(bian),改變(bian)(bian)表面負荷,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件的(de)(de)壁(bi)溫將(jiang)呈直線變(bian)(bian)化,如果表面負荷增(zeng)大(da),電(dian)熱(re)元件的(de)(de)壁(bi)溫將(jiang)增(zeng)大(da),這將(jiang)降(jiang)低空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命,但是如果表面負荷過(guo)小,壁(bi)溫過(guo)低,空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)效率又降(jiang)低了(le),所以空(kong)氣(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中(zhong)電(dian)熱(re)元件的(de)(de)表面負荷的(de)(de)選擇比(bi)較重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器中空(kong)氣(qi)終溫T2提高(gao)時(shi),由(you)于空(kong)氣(qi)粘性(xing)(xing)增(zeng)加,氣(qi)體(ti)雷諾數減小,使(shi)得對(dui)流換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)強度(du)降低,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的表面(mian)溫度(du)同時(shi)上升(sheng),紅外碳硫分析(xi)儀使(shi)得散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)損失(shi)增(zeng)加,從而降低換熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器的效率。當T2提高(gao)過大時(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)表面(mian)的溫度(du)亦會大大升(sheng)高(gao),致(zhi)使(shi)一般電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)無(wu)法承受,故T2的增(zeng)加通常受到空(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)(jian)材料耐熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)(xing)能的限制。
