空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流(liu)換熱(re),而降低了空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內電熱(re)元(yuan)件表(biao)面溫度(du),不(bu)僅有利(li)于(yu)延長空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)電熱(re)元(yuan)件的(de)使用壽命,而且(qie)使得空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)電加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)散熱(re)損(sun)失減小,因而空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)效率(lv)提(ti)高了,但(dan)速度(du)如果過(guo)大,使得壓(ya)力損(sun)失陡增(zeng),這將(jiang)不(bu)利(li)于(yu)加熱(re)效率(lv)的(de)提(ti)高。
2.若(ruo)其(qi)它條件(jian)(jian)不(bu)變,改變表面(mian)負荷,空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁溫將呈直線變化,如果(guo)(guo)表面(mian)負荷增大,電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)壁溫將增大,這將降低(di)空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)使用壽命,但是如果(guo)(guo)表面(mian)負荷過小,壁溫過低(di),空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)效(xiao)率(lv)又(you)降低(di)了,所以空(kong)(kong)氣加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)表面(mian)負荷的(de)選(xuan)擇比較重要。
3.空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)終溫T2提高時(shi)(shi),由(you)于空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)粘性增加(jia),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體雷諾數減小,使(shi)得對流換熱(re)強度(du)降低,空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件的(de)表(biao)面溫度(du)同時(shi)(shi)上升,紅外碳硫分析儀使(shi)得散熱(re)損失增加(jia),從而降低換熱(re)器(qi)的(de)效率。當T2提高過大(da)(da)時(shi)(shi),電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件表(biao)面的(de)溫度(du)亦會大(da)(da)大(da)(da)升高,致使(shi)一般電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件無法(fa)承受,故T2的(de)增加(jia)通常受到(dao)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)件材料耐熱(re)性能的(de)限制。
