空氣電磁加熱器影響因素
1.增大空氣加熱器的氣體入口流速,能夠加強空氣電加熱器對流換(huan)熱(re)(re),而降低了(le)空氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內電熱(re)(re)元件表面溫度(du),不僅有利于(yu)延長(chang)空氣加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)電熱(re)(re)元件的使用壽命,而且使得(de)空氣電加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)散熱(re)(re)損失減小(xiao),因而空氣換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的效率提高了(le),但速度(du)如果過(guo)大,使得(de)壓(ya)力損失陡增(zeng),這將不利于(yu)加(jia)熱(re)(re)效率的提高。
2.若其它條件(jian)不變,改變表(biao)(biao)面負(fu)荷,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)將(jiang)呈直線變化,如(ru)果表(biao)(biao)面負(fu)荷增大(da),電(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)壁溫(wen)將(jiang)增大(da),這將(jiang)降低空(kong)氣(qi)加熱器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)使用壽命,但是(shi)如(ru)果表(biao)(biao)面負(fu)荷過小,壁溫(wen)過低,空(kong)氣(qi)加熱器(qi)(qi)換熱器(qi)(qi)的(de)效率又降低了,所以空(kong)氣(qi)加熱器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)熱元(yuan)件(jian)的(de)表(biao)(biao)面負(fu)荷的(de)選擇比較重要。
3.空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)終溫(wen)T2提(ti)高時(shi)(shi),由于空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)粘性(xing)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體雷諾(nuo)數減(jian)小,使(shi)得(de)對(dui)流換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)強(qiang)度(du)降(jiang)低,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件的(de)表面溫(wen)度(du)同時(shi)(shi)上升(sheng)(sheng),紅外碳硫分析儀使(shi)得(de)散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)損失增(zeng)加(jia)(jia),從而降(jiang)低換(huan)(huan)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)效率(lv)。當T2提(ti)高過(guo)大時(shi)(shi),電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件表面的(de)溫(wen)度(du)亦會大大升(sheng)(sheng)高,致使(shi)一(yi)般電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件無法承受,故T2的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)通常受到空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)中電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件材(cai)料耐熱(re)(re)(re)性(xing)能的(de)限制(zhi)。
